The True STG3F-3S-HC Spec Series® three-section reach-in freezer is designed for efficient and convenient storage. Nine heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves with a wire design ensure proper air circulation around stored items. LED lights enhance visibility, while the interior sides and back, made of aluminum, resist corrosion. The stainless steel floor and ceiling simplify cleaning.
Loading items into the cabinet is hassle-free as the doors stay open beyond 120 degrees. Door locks provide security against theft and tampering. The freezer operates at -10 degrees Fahrenheit with R404A refrigerant, thanks to the evaporator and condenser fan motors that maintain consistent air circulation. These motors are positioned outside the food zone to maximize storage space and reduce heat production.
An automatic defrost system prevents ice buildup and potential system issues. It initiates via a time clock and stops when the temperature returns to a safe level, ensuring efficient and reliable freezer operation.
