The Turbo Air TPR-67SD-D2-N pizza prep table is a versatile addition to your kitchen, designed for efficient pizza preparation. Its extra-wide, 19 1/4-inch-deep cutting board provides ample space to create pizzas of various sizes to meet your customers' preferences.
To ensure ingredients are kept fresh without freezing, the unit utilizes a forced air system that circulates cold air evenly around the pans, maintaining a temperature below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This system also acts as a protective shield around the toppings, preserving the cold air inside the compartment when the pan cover is lifted.
The prep area is equipped to hold nine third-size food pans, each with a depth of 6 inches, and a set of these pans is included with the unit. If you require additional pans or extra storage, there is an open compartment at the bottom of the unit, perfect for keeping backup ingredients and chilled items.
For even more versatility, this pizza prep table features two cold storage drawers, each capable of accommodating 12 sixth-size pans. These drawers allow for quick access to replenish pans in the prep area or store additional ingredients.
