The Everest EPPR2 is a commercial pizza prep table with a width of 71 inches and a 23.0 cubic feet capacity. It features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for precise temperature control. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (9) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2-inch thick insulated top lid. The unit has two solid hinged self-closing doors to maintain consistent interior temperature.
Inside, you'll find four epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips for extra storage. A 19-1/4-inch removable cutting board is included for convenient pizza preparation. The digital controls with an LED display make temperature monitoring and adjustments easy. It also has an auto-defrost feature to prevent frost buildup, ensuring efficient cooling.
The unit's construction includes a stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides, providing durability and a professional look. The bottom and rear are made of galvanized steel. Leg stabilizers ensure stability and easy leveling. It uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly.
