Turbo Air's hydrocarbon refrigerators, including the TGM-5R-N6 model, feature innovative and eco-friendly technology, meeting DOE's Energy Conservation Standards since 2017. These units use EPA's SNAP Program approved HC refrigerants, which have zero ozone layer depletion potential and a minimal contribution to global warming (ODP-0, GWP-3).
Featuring double pane glass doors with Low-E glass, these refrigerators are designed for energy efficiency. The Low-E glass reduces heat gain from the outside, resulting in decreased energy consumption and improved energy efficiency. It also minimizes condensation, enhancing the overall performance. The lightweight construction of the doors ensures less maintenance and reduced bushing wear, providing smoother door operation.
The entire cabinet structure, including the solid doors, is foamed-in-place with high-density, HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. This insulation helps maintain optimal temperature levels and improves energy efficiency.
These refrigerators are equipped with adjustable, heavy-duty, polyethylene-coated wire shelves for organized storage of your products. The interior is illuminated by efficient LED lighting, ensuring that your products are showcased beautifully and clearly.
