The True T-50-GC-S-HC glass chiller maintains temperatures below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with its robust refrigeration system. Forced-air cooling ensures even temperature distribution and rapid chilling. Automatic defrost minimizes ice buildup, reducing maintenance needs. The evaporator fan motors create high-volume airflow for quick glass and plate chilling.
Additionally, the condenser fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon startup to clear debris from the condensing coil, enhancing efficiency, energy savings, and temperature consistency. The unit features a durable stainless steel exterior and a heavy-duty galvanized steel interior. High-density polyurethane insulation traps cold air effectively.
Inside, two adjustable, split-design shelves accommodate (250) 8-inch mugs and (240) 10-ounce steins, making it ideal for bars and establishments requiring rapid glass chilling.
