The True Spec Series STR2HPT-2G-2S two-section glass front, solid back door pass-through heated holding cabinet maintains temperatures between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit for baked or cooked food. It ensures even temperature distribution with low-velocity fans, a stainless steel heating element, and four double-pane, low-E insulated glass doors. Temperature adjustments are easy with an exterior switch and dial. The self-closing doors have a 120-degree stay-open feature for convenience. It includes (4) 5" casters, bright interior lighting, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. It comes with six adjustable chrome shelves and operates on a 208-240V electrical connection.
