The True STA1HRT-1S-1S Spec Series® roll-thru heated cabinet is designed for keeping cooked or baked food warm. Its aluminum and stainless steel construction resists corrosion, and polyurethane insulation ensures stable temperatures between 140 and 180°F. Two stainless steel heating elements and low-velocity fans evenly distribute heat, with humidity control via a top vent and included water pan. The roll-thru design facilitates easy cart movement, and two stainless steel doors with bolt-style locks enhance safety. Magnetic gaskets provide an airtight seal, and doors close automatically if left open less than 120 degrees.
