The Everest EPPSR2 is a compact and efficient solution for pizza preparation. This 59-1/8” wide pizza prep table offers a storage capacity of 16.0 cubic feet, making it suitable for medium-volume pizza shops and foodservice outlets.
The unit is equipped with two solid swing doors for easy access to your ingredients. It features a digital control system with an LED display, ensuring precise temperature management. The self-contained side-mounted compressor helps maintain consistent cooling.
This pizza prep table is designed with convenience in mind, offering a half-inch thick insulated top lid and a 19-1/4” deep slide-out cutting board. The stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning.
Leg stabilizers ensure stability during use. The unit accommodates up to seven 1/3 size top rail pans, making it perfect for organizing and accessing your pizza toppings, sauces, and ingredients efficiently.
