The SCR1401LHCH is an upright wine cellar that meets NSF-7 commercial standards, designed to offer the utmost in wine storage solutions. With its space-saving 24-inch slim footprint, it provides ample room within its 12.6 cu.ft. interior. The self-closing door is adorned with stainless steel trim, a pro-style handle, and a factory-installed lock for enhanced security. This model features a front-breathing cooling system, allowing for seamless built-in installation while offering the flexibility of freestanding use. The SCR1401LHCH comes with a left-hand door swing, while a right-hand version is also available under the SCR1401CH designation.
Inside, the SC1401LHLCH incorporates stainless steel shelving explicitly designed to cradle champagne and sparkling wine bottles at a gentle angle, ensuring an unobstructed view of the label. The interior walls and floor are meticulously crafted from stainless steel, guaranteeing longevity, even in the busiest commercial environments. The unit is thoughtfully illuminated through the rear walls, enhanced by efficient LED lighting that casts an eye-catching blue glow. The digital control panel, conveniently located on the unit's top, offers a temperature range from 36 to 68ºF. This wide range enables you to customize the settings according to your specific wine storage requirements, whether it's for red, white, or sparkling wine. Additional features include an audible high-temperature alarm, an open door alarm, a temperature memory function, and a Sabbath mode setting.
