Introducing the Vulcan C24EO3-1 3 Pan Boilerless/Connectionless Electric Countertop Steamer: This single compartment electric steamer boasts a 3 pan capacity and 8 KW input, ideal for efficient cooking. With a stainless steel exterior and cooking compartment, the generator pan features an embossed water level line. The innovative steam-generating system requires no water or drain connection, ensuring convenience.
Equipped with solid sheathed tubular elements embedded in 1" thick cast aluminum, sealed to the pan bottom with thermal transfer compound, it ensures even heat distribution. The controls include a three-position switch (timed cooking / Off / constant cooking) and a 60-minute timer. The low water light and audible signal enhance user awareness.
Built with a heavy-duty door, door latch mechanism, and door gasket guard, this steamer ensures durability. It operates on 208 or 240 volts, 60 Hz, 1 or 3-phase power, with field convertible phase options. The UL Listed steamer meets ENERGY STAR® performance levels and is classified by UL to NSF Standard #4.
