Its fully welded stainless and aluminized steel body frame ensures durability, supported by a low-profile design with 11" cooking height on 4" legs. The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate features 12 gage construction, accompanied by 4" stainless steel back and tapered side splashes for a secure cooking environment. The grease chute, fully welded to prevent grease migration, enhances safety. Each 12" of griddle width is equipped with a 27,000 BTU/hr. "U" shaped aluminized steel burner and a mechanical snap-action thermostat. Chrome thermostat knob guards and a temperature range from 200°F to 550°F provide precise control.
