The Star 736TA Ultra-Max Electric Griddle is a heavy-duty powerhouse with a 36" x 24" cooking surface, featuring a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. It boasts a wide temperature range from 150°F to 450°F, thanks to the snap-action thermostat and a 4350-watt element every 12 inches. To keep your workspace clean, it includes a 5" tapered wrap-around splash guard and a 3-1/2" front grease trough that leads to a convenient 6-quart grease drawer.
With its durable build, this griddle is equipped with heavy-duty metal knobs, a welded steel frame, and a stainless steel exterior. The griddle stands on 4" legs with a 1-5/8" adjustment.
