The Star 536CHSF Star-Max® Electric Griddle is an ideal choice for preparing a wide range of popular dishes such as pancakes, fried eggs, and burgers. Featuring a substantial 1-inch-thick chrome plate, this griddle can withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles without warping. To ensure even heat distribution, individual heating elements are strategically placed every 12 inches across the griddle's surface.
With a snap-action thermostat, this unit allows precise temperature control in the range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The 3.5-inch-wide grease trough located at the front of the griddle is designed to accommodate a spatula, making it easy for the operator to push grease and debris into the 4.5-quart grease drawer. This thoughtful design not only helps maintain a clean and organized cooking area but also simplifies the post-cooking cleanup process.
