The Vulcan LG500-1 Natural Gas Freestanding Fryer is a robust kitchen appliance with a 65-70 lb. capacity and dimensions of 21"w x 29 3⁄4"d x 34 5⁄8"h (working height). CSA design certified and NSF listed, it ensures safety and quality assurance. Featuring a stainless steel fry tank with 65-70 lb. capacities, it boasts a large cold zone area and a 1¼" full port ball type drain valve for easy maintenance. The stainless steel reinforced door, G90 high-grade galvanized finish, and four nickel-plated adjustable legs enhance durability and stability. With twin fry baskets, it operates at 150,000 BTU’s/hr., controlled by a behind-the-door snap-action millivolt thermostat. The millivolt system requires no electric hook-up, while safety features like a hi-limit shut-off protector and built-in flue deflector ensure secure operation. Additional features include a nickel-plated tube rack, an earth magnet for door closure, and an easily removable stainless steel basket hanger for cleaning.
