The Vulcan LG400-1 Natural Gas Freestanding Fryer offers a 45-50 lb. capacity, with dimensions measuring 15 1⁄2"w x 29 3⁄4"d x 34 5⁄8"h (working height). It is CSA design certified and NSF listed. Features include a stainless steel fry tank with a 45-50 lb. capacity, a large cold zone area, a 1¼" full port ball type drain valve, and a stainless steel reinforced door. It has a G90 high-grade galvanized non-corrosive finish on the sides and back, a door liner for added stability, and four nickel-plated adjustable legs. The fryer includes twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles and operates at 120,000 BTU’s/hr. It features a behind-the-door snap-action millivolt thermostat control adjusting from 200° to 400°F with a standing pilot. The millivolt system requires no electric hook-up. Safety features include a hi-limit shut-off protector and a built-in flue deflector. It also includes a nickel-plated tube rack, an earth magnet for door closure, and an easily removable stainless steel basket hanger for cleaning.
