The SoftStart™ ignition system utilizes 35,000 BTU/hr. for a gradual start, extending oil life. An idle rate of 4,318 BTU/hr. maintains cooking temperature, optimizing energy usage.
Featuring a 1¼" full port ball type drain valve and twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles, this fryer offers user-friendly functionality.
