It can efficiently clean 30 racks or 540 dishes per hour, all without the need for an external booster, thanks to its built-in atmospheric boiler that elevates water temperature to 183.2 degrees Fahrenheit.
Key features include a temperature interlock mechanism to maintain stable temperatures throughout wash and rinse cycles and a digital display for precise temperature monitoring. Operators can easily adjust cycle times, temperatures, and detergent quantities via the control panel.
The washing system is robust, featuring rotating washing arms and a high-powered wash pump. The built-in rinse aid and detergent dispenser ensures efficient loading during both the initial and continuous cycles. To prevent contamination at the end of the rinsing cycle, a 4-second pause separates the washing and rinsing phases. The slanted design of the wash arms minimizes the risk of detergent-filled wash water spilling onto clean dishes.
Cost-effective operation is a priority, with the rinse system using just 0.66 gallons of hot water per rack.
