The Veetsan Star 504291 (VDH63) hood-type dishwasher is a versatile choice for medium-traffic restaurants, capable of cleaning 63 racks or 1,134 dishes per hour with water efficiency, using just 0.53 gallons per rack. Its atmospheric booster eliminates the need for an external one, providing 180°F water. The electronic control panel allows for temperature monitoring and self-diagnostics. Inclined wash arms and a protective ceiling keep clean dishes free from detergent-filled water droplets. The dishwasher features an automatic self-cleaning cycle for easy maintenance. Made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel, it's corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The double-skin insulated hood preserves heat and opens wide for effortless loading. Automatic fill for the wash tank and self-draining vertical wash pump enhance convenience. Dimensions: 29 5/8" W x 29 3/4" D x 61 11/16" H.
