The Star 8036CBB Ultra-Max® charbroiler offers precise control with adjustable sections every 6 inches, allowing for precise heating control of the cast iron burners. Heat is efficiently transferred to the food using lava rock briquettes, enhancing the flavor and aroma by absorbing grease. The 6-inch grates are versatile, accommodating a large capacity of product in flat or inclined positions, making it suitable for high-volume operations.
For safety, a stainless steel bull-nose front separates the operator from hot components while protecting the control knobs from damage. With 4-inch legs, this Star 8036CBB Ultra-Max charbroiler is elevated above the countertop, preventing overheating and ensuring stable and efficient cooking.
