The Star 6024CBF Star-Max® Gas Charbroiler is a versatile cooking appliance designed for efficient and high-volume cooking in commercial kitchens. It is powered by natural gas but can be easily converted to propane using the included conversion kit, offering flexibility in your choice of fuel.
This charbroiler is equipped with two H-style, cast iron burners evenly spaced beneath the cooking surface, ensuring proper heat distribution. Heat is efficiently transferred to the cooking surface through lava rock briquettes, which not only provide even cooking but also absorb and vaporize grease, adding extra flavor and aroma to the food.

These grates are adjustable, allowing you to choose between flat or inclined positions and thin or thick sides for different cooking applications.
