The Blue Air BLPT60-D4-HC boasts durable stainless steel construction both inside and out, with galvanized steel for the back and bottom. Its insulation uses Cyclopentane, an eco-friendly alternative to hydro-fluorocarbons (HFCs). The unit's drop-in section is equipped with fans that ensure a consistent cold temperature for stored food items. An insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider prevents food spillage into the storage area below. The unit comes with standard 1/6 / 4” food pans and can accommodate 6" deep pans. It also features a side rail cutting board bracket with a 9 ½” deep, 1/2” thick cutting board included. Four 4” diameter swivel casters with front brakes come standard for easy mobility and stability.
