Introducing our 2-Door Sandwich/Salad Refrigerated Preparation Table, designed to ensure optimal food freshness and efficiency. The exterior features an aluminum back panel, galvanized steel bottom panel, and 430 stainless steel side and top panels. Inside, the back, top, and bottom panels are crafted from 304 stainless steel, with a worktop in 430 stainless steel. The built-in refrigeration unit and insulated lid keep ingredients fresh, complemented by a full-depth cutting board measuring 48x11.4x0.5 inches.
This preparation table is equipped with a Fin & Tube Condenser to enhance performance in high-temperature environments and an Automatic Defrost Cooling System for worry-free operation. The temperature range of +33/+41°F is maintained by the eco-friendly R290 refrigerant gas. ETL Safety and Sanitation certified, it includes an external temperature display for easy monitoring. Vinyl-coated steel adjustable shelves and self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature add to its practicality.
Additional features include removable door gaskets for easy cleaning, high-efficiency components to minimize energy consumption, and heavy-duty casters for mobility. The cabinet and door are insulated with high-density polyurethane for reduced environmental impact.
