The silver PVC-coated steel front panel adds to its robust build, while a stainless steel rear workbench provides a convenient space for prep work or utensils.
This model is equipped with CFC-free injected foam insulation, maintaining optimal temperatures while being environmentally friendly. An integrated heavy-duty ice pan is designed to hold and display your fish. To protect the unit and offer a sleek design, it includes a black steel kick plate and black, foamed polystyrene end panels. Adjustable leveling feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces.
For excellent product visibility, the KFM-SC-100-S features a tempered, curved front glass and tempered glass sides. Interior LED lighting illuminates your seafood better than traditional lighting options. The front glass benefits from an anti-condensing system, ensuring your seafood remains visible.
Loading and unloading are made easy with the removable rear sliding tempered glass door. The digital controller regulates temperature and defrost cycles, offering precise control via an easy-to-read digital thermometer display. This model maintains a food-safe temperature of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, preventing your seafood from drying out with its low-velocity forced air system.
