Description
The Kool-It KBD-CG-40-S is a 115V bakery display case designed for optimal performance. It features efficient insulation with injected foam to maintain cold air and keep temperatures between 39 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The digital controller effectively manages temperature and defrost settings to ensure the ideal conditions for showcased items.
The interior of the display case is constructed with gray PVC-coated steel, while the exterior is finished with silver PVC-coated steel, providing durability and a sleek appearance. The ends of the case are crafted from black, foamed polystyrene, enhancing insulation. The front glass is made of tempered and curved glass, offering both heat retention and excellent product visibility.
To maintain a clear view of the displayed products, an anti-condensate system prevents fogging and condensation on the front glass. The rear sliding doors are constructed from tempered glass and are easily removable for cleaning, facilitating loading and unloading of the cabinet. The tempered glass shelves are adjustable, allowing for flexible product placement and presentation.
Interior LED lighting illuminates the products, making them easily visible to customers. For ease of maintenance, the evaporator pan can be readily removed for cleaning. The cabinet features adjustable feet, ensuring stability on various surfaces.
The Kool-It KBD-CG-40-S bakery display case is designed to operate effectively in an environment with an ambient temperature not exceeding 75 degrees Fahrenheit and a relative humidity of 55 percent. This ensures that your displayed items are kept in optimal condition while providing an attractive presentation to customers.
