The Everest EPPR3-D4 Swing Top Pizza Prep Table is a versatile choice for high-production kitchens. With 30.0 cu. ft. capacity, this three-section prep table offers precise self-contained refrigeration.
The stainless steel top accommodates (12) 1/3 size pans and includes a 1/2" thick insulated lid. It features (1) self-closing door and (4) sturdy stainless steel drawers. A 19-1/4" cutting board and (2) wire shelves provide extra space.
With digital controls, auto defrost, and durable stainless steel construction, it's easy to operate and maintain. The unit runs on eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/3 HP power at 115v/60/1-ph, 2.5 amps.
