The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2 is a spacious and versatile food preparation solution. It features a two-section design measuring 47-1/2" in width, providing a generous 13.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity, making it perfect for high-volume food service.
The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures reliable and consistent cooling performance. The stainless steel top features an opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, offering ample space for ingredient organization. An insulated top lid, 1/2" thick, enhances temperature retention and energy efficiency.
The unit is equipped with (2) solid hinged self-closing doors for easy and efficient access to stored items. (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves add organization and storage versatility, and height-adjustable clips allow for customized pan placement.
A 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a practical workspace for food preparation. Digital controls with an LED display enable precise temperature control and monitoring, ensuring food safety and quality. Auto defrost enhances efficiency and reduces the need for manual maintenance.
Front air breathing ensures proper ventilation for the unit's optimal performance. The stainless steel interior offers durability and easy cleaning, while the stainless steel front, top, and sides enhance the unit's professional appearance. Galvanized steel on the bottom and rear adds structural support and resilience to the unit.
