The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR2-D4 Drawered Sandwich Prep Table is a versatile and efficient food preparation solution. It features a two-section design, measuring 47-1/2" in width, offering a spacious 13.0 cu. ft. of storage capacity, making it ideal for high-volume food service operations.
The unit is equipped with self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for consistent and reliable cooling performance. Its stainless steel top comes with an opening for (12) 1/6 size pans, providing ample space for ingredient organization. An insulated top lid, 1/2" thick, enhances temperature retention and energy efficiency.
For convenient access and storage, the unit features (4) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers. The drawers offer storage and organization for utensils and ingredients, while height-adjustable clips allow for customized pan placement. Additionally, a 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a practical workspace for food preparation.
Digital controls with an LED display enable precise temperature control and monitoring, ensuring food safety and quality. The unit is designed with auto defrost for enhanced efficiency and reduced manual maintenance.
