Akita AST-27 Refrigerated Salad and Sandwich Prep Table is a compact, efficient solution for any food service operation. With a 6.55 cu. ft. interior capacity and a one-section design, this 27.5" wide prep table is perfect for small to medium-sized kitchens. It accommodates six 1/6 GN pans and two 1/9 GN pans, keeping ingredients chilled and easily accessible at a temperature range of 32°F to 41°F.
Designed for convenience, the AST-27 features a self-closing swing door with a recessed handle, a durable cutting board for food preparation, and casters for easy mobility. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 3/8 HP compressor, ensuring reliable performance.
With a digital thermostat for precise temperature control and an automatic defrost function, this prep table combines functionality with ease of use. The Akita AST-27 is cETLus and NSF certified, meeting high standards of safety and sanitation.
